Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Batlepass, we strive to provide reliable and high-quality digital services. However, refund requests will only be considered under specific circumstances outlined below.

2. Eligible Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • The service was not delivered within the promised timeframe
  • The service has not started within 48 hours of full payment, without valid explanation.
  • A duplicate payment was made unintentionally

3. Ineligible Refunds

Refunds will not be issued for the following situations:

  • Services that are partially or fully completed
  • Account bans, suspensions, or penalties resulting from the use of our services
  • A change of mind or dissatisfaction after the order has been placed and accepted

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you must:

  • Email boost@batlepass.com within 7 days of your order date
  • Provide your Order ID and a brief explanation of the reason for your request

5. Processing Time

Once your refund request is reviewed and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method only
